Module One: What is Anxiety Really?
Is anxiety the enemy, out to get us, or just a notification we're having trouble turning off? This week, we'll start with reframing what anxiety is, better understanding why we distinguish it from enjoyable anticipation, and some exercises to focus on the opportunities to change our experiences.
Module Two: Designing Your Emotional First Aid Kit
Let's jump right to the part we need help with: how to deal with anxiety in the moment.
Module Three: Design Your Self-Care Toolbox
What can we do to manage our self-care in such a way that it minimizes the impact of anxiety before it flares up or even starts? Now that we've equipped ourselves to manage any feelings of anxiety in the moment, we'll take a few steps back and look at prevention.
Module Four: Supporter's Guide
How can we best support those suffering from overwhelming feelings of anxiety?
